What we do with your details
Short version: we use what you send us to get back to you about your pool, and nothing else.
Last updated October 23, 2026. This page covers the website at tropicalpoolsjacksonville.com, run by Tropical Pools Jacksonville in Jacksonville, Florida.
What we collect
When you send the quote form we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, your address or neighborhood, the service you need and any message. If you call us, we have your phone number the way any business does.
How we use it
To get back to you about your pool and, if you become a customer, to schedule and do the work. The form is delivered to us as an email. We do not sell your details, add you to a mailing list or share them with anyone except the services that deliver the email.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read, and how many call or send the form. It uses cookies and collects anonymous usage data. You can block it with your browser settings or an ad blocker and the site works the same.
Other services
The map on this site is embedded from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies. Links to Facebook take you to Facebook, with its own privacy policy.
Your choices
Ask us to delete what you sent and we will. Call 904-434-6791 or email budsmith1200@yahoo.com.
